CLARIFICATION TEXT UNDER THE LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1-PURPOSE

As UCENMI BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("COMPANY", "Company") located at Kızılırmak Mah. Dumlupınar Blv. Next Level No:3 A Interior Door No: 83 Çankaya/ ANKARA, this Clarification Text ("Clarification Text") has been prepared within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 in order to fulfill the obligation stipulated by the KVKK, taking into account the importance we attach to fundamental human rights and the superior value of personal data.

Pursuant to the LPPD, in its capacity as Data Controller, the COMPANY informs its employees, employee candidates, supplier employees, visitors and third parties whose personal data will be processed as follows and enlightens them as follows within the scope specified in Article 10 of the LPPD.

It refers to the consent regarding a specific subject, based on information and expressed with free will. Company

Persons who process personal data within the organization of the data controller or in accordance with the authorization and instruction received from the data controller, except for the person or unit responsible for the technical storage, protection and backup of the data.

3-PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA,
YOUR PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS, COLLECTION METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS

i. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data will be used to fulfill the purposes specified in the COMPANY's articles of association, in compliance with the limits stipulated in the KVKK and in accordance with the TCO, TCC, Labor Law, FSEK, SMK, Law. The purposes of processing are as follows;

a. Meeting the obligations regarding the activities and audit stipulated by the TCO, TCC, Labor Law, FSEK, IP Law,

b. Establishment of the rights arising from the employment and order form collection activities in places such as fairs and events within the scope of KVKK and Labor Law Legislation,

c. Carrying out the necessary work by the relevant units for you to benefit from the services offered by our Company,

ç. Contacting you for the purpose of promoting our Company and its activities through your communication channels that you have shared with us,

d. Recruitment of personnel in the areas required by the Company, fulfillment of rights and obligations within the scope of the legislation regulating business life, particularly Labor Law No. 4857, Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and Social Security and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510,

e. Carrying out activities such as salary payment, provision of allowances, realization of revolving fund

payments, etc., and conducting internal correspondence,

f. Providing information-documents to authorized public institutions and organizations and judicial authorities in cases specified by law,

g. Ensuring the functionality of the organization and event (seminars, conferences, meetings, trainings, symposiums, etc.) management processes in the Company and announcing them to the public, ensuring the continuity of the website and social media accounts with up-to-date data in order to ensure the public awareness of the Company and to keep them up-to-date, and managing the promotion and advertising processes,

ğ. Keeping an archive in accordance with the procedures specified in the legislation in order to carry out storage and archive activities and to create annual unit activity reports,

h. Creation and follow-up of visitor records,
ı. Ensuring building, personnel and visitor safety,
i. Data can be anonymized and used in statistical activities for research purposes,
j. Receiving and responding to related person applications to be made within the scope of KVKK. ii. Your Personal Data We Process

Identity Information : Your name, surname, Turkish ID number, mother's name, father's name, place and date of birth, personnel registration number and other information provided to the Company with your explicit consent.

Contact Information : Your residence address, workplace address, telephone number and e-mail address, KEP address and, if any, your mobile phone number, fax number or other communication channels that you have provided to the Company with your consent so that we can contact you.

Employment and Education Information : Your identity information, information regarding your employment status, contact information and your educational status (such as "University graduate, master's degree graduate, physics department graduate"), as well as your course/seminar information, certificate information and national or international exam results you have attended within the scope of the application form, registration documents and/or job application forms sent to the Company's official e-mail address info@ucenmi.com or by using other online or physical application methods provided by the Company.

Financial/Fiscal Information : Payment of salaries and fringe benefits, refund of over and improper payments, realization of payments to be made from revolving fund, Bank name and branch information, bank account no. information, IBAN no. information obtained in order to make payments for external assignments.

Audio/Visual Information : In conferences, seminars, theatrical performances, exhibitions, debates and similar events organized by the Company, audio/visual information provided by the cameras installed to ensure security at the Company's headquarters, branches and representative offices with still or streaming images and/or sounds of the place where the event takes place and the participants for purposes such as promoting, announcing and spreading the event. The audiovisual information obtained at the said events may be used on the Company's website, on social networking platforms used by the Company, in works published by the Company, provided that they do not exceed the Company's activities and are limited to the purpose of the event. Or it may be sent to third parties (printing house, publisher, institution, organization...) to be printed/published with the permission and under the control of the Company. This method of use will not cover security camera footage, and before the relevant audio/visual personal data is used (For example; at the beginning of the event), the participants will be informed separately and their explicit consent will be obtained.

Special Categories of Personal Data : In order to fulfill the employment obligations arising from the legislation within the Company, special categories of personal data related to health, criminal conviction and security measures are processed for disabled persons and persons who have been convicted and / or security measures have been applied.

Although the Company does not have any other direct purpose of processing special categories of personal data other than these purposes, your religion, disguise-dress, philosophical belief, political opinion and health data (for example, clothing, devices and prostheses understood from the photograph), which may be indirectly acquired within the scope of the data obtained from the identity document, photographs or still / moving images within the scope of the events you have submitted to the Company, and other special quality information that you voluntarily specify in a document provided by the Company.

iii. Methods of Collection of Your Personal Data

Your personal data are collected through the member registration form, registration/application forms filled out over the internet, receipt and expenditure documents, video and audio recording devices used in events, security camera recordings and the official e-mail address of the COMPANY, info@ucenmi.comadresine or any e-mail address of the Company using the extension "@ucenmi.com".

Personal data are also collected by physically sending documents, physically filling out a document provided by the Company, calling 0850 309 48 03 or other internal numbers of the Company.

Your personal data is also collected automatically through cookies used on https://www.ucenmi.com/ and its extensions. These cookies are only necessary cookies for the visitor to use the site with full efficiency and are used to remember the visitor's preferences and do not provide any other personal data. iv. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

KVKK lists the conditions for processing personal data in paragraph 2 of Article 5. If the purposes of processing personal data by a data controller can be evaluated within the framework of the personal data processing conditions listed in the KVKK, that data controller can process personal data in accordance with the law. In this context, personal data processing activities are carried out by the Company in cases where the personal data processing purposes pursued by the Company can be evaluated within the scope of the personal data processing conditions set out in the KVKK. The Company does not engage in any

personal data processing activities that do not fall within the scope of personal data processing conditions.

The personal data processing conditions in the LPPD are as follows;

Ø Explicit consent of the data subject,

Ø It is clearly stipulated in the laws,

Ø It is mandatory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person who is unable to disclose his/her consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid,

Ø It is necessary to process personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of the contract,

Ø It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,

Ø It has been made public by the data subject himself/herself,

Ø Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,

Ø Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

The basic processing condition for sensitive personal data is explicit consent and the Company basically does not aim to process sensitive personal data. However, your special categories of personal data that we need to process due to our activities or that you have approved with your explicit consent are also processed in a measured manner within the scope of the legislation.

The conditions listed in the KVKK for the processing of special categories of personal data are as follows; Ø Explicit consent of the person concerned,
Ø Explicitly stipulated in the laws for sensitive personal data other than health and sexual life,
Personal data relating to health and sexual life, however,

Ø Protection of public health,
Ø Preventive medicine,
Ø Medical diagnosis,
Ø Carrying out treatment and care services,
Ø For the planning and management of health services and financing,
Ø It can be processed by persons under the obligation to keep secrets or authorized institutions and

organizations without seeking the explicit consent of the person concerned.

There may be one or more personal data processing conditions that make a personal data processing activity lawful at the same time.

In order to realize our aforementioned purposes, it is necessary to process your data mentioned above. While transferring identity information to our Company, data that are not actually within our processing purposes may also be transferred to us. Within the scope of administrative and technical measures, we delete and/or anonymize such data at the end of the periods stipulated in the legislation.

4- TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is shared with authorized public institutions and organizations, judicial authorities, enforcement authorities, law enforcement authorities, police units and contracted product and or service suppliers for the purposes and by the means indicated in this Clarification Text. Data can be shared with official institutions and organizations such as the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, Internal Audit Coordination Board, Court of Accounts, Judiciary and Enforcement authorities, other public and foundation companies, companies abroad for international programs, and Notaries Public.

Supplier/Business Partner/Consultant

Data may be shared with consultants, organizations and parties from which the Company receives services that are complementary to its activities and with which it cooperates, limited to the purposes of the activities they carry out.

These shared companies are shown below.

The Company does not transfer any data that does not concern its purposes. For example; Even if we have obtained it with your consent, information about your license plate number is not shared with any third party, including the persons and organizations shown above. The exception to this determination is when the transfer of the data in question is required by legislation, or is mandatory for a criminal investigation, or is requested by an official authority based on legislation and with justification.

5-RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED

3-Learn the purpose of processing your Personal Data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

4-To know the third parties to whom your Personal Data is transferred domestically or abroad, 5-To request correction of your Personal Data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

6-To request the deletion or destruction of your Personal Data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK legislation,

7-To request notification of the transactions made within the scope of Articles v. and vi. to third parties to whom your Personal Data has been transferred,

8-To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

9-In case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your Personal Data, to demand the compensation of this damage you have rights.

How Can You Exercise Your Rights?

You can fill in the "application form" that you can download by using the link https://www.ucenmi.com/ in line with your request / complaint and send the form to us via info@ucenmi.com or you can physically fill in the form and send it to "Kızılırmak Mah. Dumlupınar Blv. Next Level No: 3 A Interior Door No: 83 Çankaya / ANKARA" via cargo / mail.

If you submit your request to us by using one of the methods shown above, your request will be evaluated within 30 days at the latest and you will be informed about the issue in accordance with Article 13/2 of the KVKK. If your request is accepted, the necessary actions will be taken immediately by the data controller COMPANY.

As a rule, requests are met free of charge, however, if fulfilling the requirement of the request requires an expense, it is foreseen in Article 7 of the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller". Communiqué" article 7; "If the relevant person's application is to be answered in writing, no fee is charged up to 10 pages. 1 TL transaction fee may be charged for each page over 10 pages. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD, flash memory, the fee that may be requested by the data controller cannot exceed the cost of the recording medium." In

accordance with the provision, a fee may be requested by the COMPANY.
